Being physically healthy is SO important. When your body is in shape, it allows your mind to be in shape. Here are a few tips to keep you on the right track:
1.Create and maintain healthy habits

Once you acquire a healthy habit, do all that you can to preserve it. It will only better your life!
2. Moisturize Your Skin Regularly!
Regular moisturizing can be an effective method for preventing eczema outbreaks, as well as soothing them if they do occur. Dry skin is a common eczema trigger. Applying a moisturizer after a shower or bath helps to lock in moisture, improving your skin's ability to act as a barrier against the outside environment.
3.Drink more water and less sugary drinks
Sugar is awesome, but too much of it isn't good. Many sports and energy drinks say that they are beneficial and healthy - but that's until you looks at the amount of sugar in them!!
4.Every day your body needs approximately six cups of water - minimum
Water is life, and well.... life is pretty important. The amount of water you need to consume daily is based on your personal amount of daily physical activity.
5.Get up and walk around for 10 minutes every hour!
People usually forget that walking is a simple, but crucial, form of physical activity. If you can't walk for ten minutes every hour try to walk at least an hour a day.
6.Eat more fruits and vegetables and less fast food
I know it tastes good, but training yourself to resist is a crucial part to living in a healthy manner.
7.Get a good night's sleep

When you're sleeping, you grow, your muscles strengthen, you gain energy, and, most importantly, your psyche meditates. To have all of this great stuff happen to you, you'll need to get a proper amount of sleep E V E R Y S I N G L E N I G H T ! ! !
8.Wash your hands
Germs = Bad ; Hand-Washing = No Germs. The equation's pretty simple to follow. Washing your hand helps with germ/infection and disease prevention.
9.Exercise regularly
Exercise can help you look better. In fact, exercise can help keep your body at a healthy weight. Exercising regularly decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. For these positive results, you will also have to have a consistent healthy diet.
